Where can I claim the exclusive Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Infinity War merchandise?

You may request for a Maybank branch pick-up or courier delivery (free of charge)
Pick-up through Maybank branch is faster as the exclusive merchandise will be available in five (5) banking days versus the courier which will take ten (10) banking days

Full Mechanics
  • The ("Promo") shall run from April 15, 2018 to May 31, 2018 (the "Promo Period"). The (“Spend Period”) shall be from April 15, 2018 to June 30, 2018.
  • Under this Promo, the eligible Cardholder shall be entitled to a one-time redemption of an Avengers Infinity War Premium Item or Gift Set upon reaching one of the required minimum accumulated spend tier during the Spend Period.

  • The Cardholder may proactively or passively redeem the Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Infinity War merchandise based on the minimum accumulated spend requirement at a specific point time within the Spend Period
    • Proactive redemption means if the cardholder was able to reach the Php10,000 or Php15,000 required accumulated spend before the end of the Spend Period and wishes to redeem the equivalent Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Infinity War merchandise. Cardholder may call the Maybank Customer Service Hotline at (02) 588-3888 or 1-800-10-588-3888 (PLDT Domestic Toll-Free). Once the Cardholder, has proactively redeemed his/her Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Infinity War merchandise, Cardholder can no longer redeem another item regardless if he/she has reached any of the required minimum accumulated spend again within the Spend Period
    • Passive redemption means the cardholder was able to reach the Php20,000 required accumulated spend within the Spend Period. Cardholder may call the Maybank Customer Service Hotline at (02) 588-3888 or 1-800-10-588-3888 (PLDT Domestic Toll-Free) to redeem his/her Marvel Studios Avengers: Infinity War Premium Hoodie
  • For Proactive redemption, Cardholders may start calling the Maybank Customer Service Hotline on May 2, 2018. For Passive redemption, Cardholders may start calling the Maybank Customer Service Hotline on May 15, 2018.
  • During the call for redemption, Cardholder must specify to the Customer Service Representative if he/she wishes to redeem the Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Infinity War merchandise at the Maybank branch of his/her choice or have it delivered to his registered card delivery or billing address via courier which is free of charge.
  • For redemption at any Maybank branch, the Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Infinity War merchandise will be available in 5 banking days after the call. For courier deliveries, the Marvel Studios’ Avengers Infinity War merchandise will be delivered in 10 banking days after the call.
  • For redemption at any Maybank branch, Cardholder must present his/her Maybank Credit Card and one (1) valid ID. If Cardholder, assigns a representative to claim on his/her behalf, the representative must present an authorization letter, one (1) valid ID of the Cardholder and one (1) valid ID of the representative
  • Cardholder has 60 days after the Spend Period to call and redeem the Marvel Studios’ Avengers Infinity War merchandise
  • The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the Promo
    • Maybank Premier Wealth Clients
    • Existing Maybank Credit Cardholders and who applied and subsequently got approved for a card replacement, additional card, card upgrade or downgrade, or a supplementary card within the Promo Period
  • Transactions that are not eligible to be part of the spend requirement for the Promo are as follows:
    • Transactions from casino, quasi cash, money transfer, government-related merchants
    • Any Maybank Credit Card EzyPlan transactions such as EzyPay, EzyConvert, EzyTransfer, and EzyCash
    • Transactions that are disputed or performed in any fraudulent means
    • Fees and charges incurred by the Cardholder
  • The Marvel Studios' Avengers Infinity War merchandise cannot be converted to cash or any other form.
  • This Promo cannot be in conjunction with other promos.
