This Regional Carnival Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by BIGLIFE Sdn. Bhd. (“BL”) and BIGLIFE Philippines Inc. (“BPI”) [“Organisers”].
The campaign runs from 00:00 (GMT+8) on September 16 2022, and end at 23:59 (GMT+8) on September 30 2022, unless advised otherwise by the Organisers (“Campaign Period”). The Organiser reserves the right to amend or extend the duration of the Campaign at any time as it deems fit without prior notice and/or liability to Participants.
To qualify and participate in this Campaign, Participants must fulfill the following requirements during the Campaign Period (“Campaign Requirements”):
Must be a valid and existing airasia member (having subscribed and registered for membership under the loyalty and rewards program operated by BL under the name “airasia rewards Program”) and have a unique registration number known as the “airasia member ID” issued by BL at the point of participation in the Campaign.
In the event the Participant is not a registered airasia member at the time of the Campaign Period, the Participant is required to sign-up as an airasia member via https://www.airasia.com/en/gb (“Dedicated Website”) before participating in the Campaign. Any registration of airasia membership made after the Campaign Period shall not be entitled to the award of any airasia points under this Campaign; and
Must be located in the Philippines (based on the Internet Protocol geo-location detected); and
Must convert his/her TreatsPoints into airasia Points by filling-out the above request form during the Campaign Period to be entitled to 50% Bonus airasia points.
Subject to the availability of the total allocation of airasia points under this Campaign, eligible participants will be entitled to receive 50% Bonus airasia points of the regular airasia points, in addition to the regular airasia points earned pursuant to the standard conversion rate fixed by the respective Conversion Partners.
Each Participant that performs successful purchase(s) and/or transaction(s) during the Campaign Period is entitled to a maximum of 2,000 Bonus airasia points per transaction, pursuant to this Campaign. For the avoidance of doubt, all Participants are allowed to make multiple purchase(s) and/or transaction(s) during the Campaign Period, to be entitled to earn the Bonus airasia points.
Participants that have participated in any other promotional campaign with the same campaign mechanics of airasia which occur at the same time with this Campaign, will not be entitled for the Bonus airasia points awarded pursuant to this Campaign.
The Organiser reserves the right in its sole discretion, at any time, to verify the validity of successful transactions and eligibility of Participants. Without limitation, Participants agree to provide necessary documentation and/or information to the Organiser upon request for the purpose of such validations. The Organiser’s decisions in relation to all aspects of the Campaign including but not limited to the Bonus airasia points awarded and Participants are final, binding and conclusive under any circumstances and no correspondence nor appeal will be entertained.
Only Participants who fulfill the Campaign Requirements shall be eligible to receive the Bonus airasia points. Participants who fail to fulfill the Campaign Requirements will automatically be disqualified from the Campaign without notice and liability towards the Organiser.
Bonus airasia points earned through this Campaign will be credited into the eligible Participants’ respective airasia member account within ninety (90) days (or any other period as the Organiser deems appropriate) after end of the Campaign Period, subject to the Organiser receiving all information as deemed necessary. This is subject to the exclusion of invalid, cancelled or exchanged purchases, converts and/or transactions, where no airasia points will be awarded to Participants pursuant to this Campaign.
Notwithstanding the standard validity period of airasia points as stipulated within the airasia rewards Terms and Conditions which can be found at www.airasia.com rewards, the Bonus airasia points earned through this Campaign are only valid for a period of three (3) months from the date such airasia points are credited into the eligible Participant’s airasia member account. Any airasia points not utilised within its validity period will lapse without notice or liability.
airasia points are not reversible, exchangeable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Usage of airasia points is subject to the airasia membership terms and conditions which can be found at www.airasia.com/rewards.
Participants may be contacted, at any time deemed appropriate by the Organiser, via email or any other mode of communication deemed appropriate by the Organiser.
All taxes, rates, government fees or any other charges that may be levied against the Participants under applicable laws, if any, in relation to this Campaign, shall be solely borne by the Participants.
The Terms and Conditions may be translated to other languages. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and translated versions, the English language shall prevail.
The Terms and Conditions of the Issuance Partners, Conversion Partners and airasia rewards’ co-brand partners shall also apply.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
