How do I apply?
Simply provide us the following documents:
- Active Maybank Checking or Savings Business Account/s
- Secretary's Certificate, Board Resolution, DTI Registration, or equivalent document evidencing the authority of the authorized signatory/representative/s
- Duly Signed Omnibus Memorandum of Agreement (OMOA) with Product Annexure
- Duly signed Parent Enrollment Form
- Duly signed Indemnity Agreement for VA Instructions via Email or Fax
- Duly signed LOI for Authorized Email Reps Only
