Felino James Marcelo was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer (PCEO) of Maybank Philippines Incorporated (MPI) effective 01 February 2026, and reports directly to the Group CEO, Community Financial Services. He also sits as a Director of the Maybank Philippines Board since 04 April 2025 and is a member of the MPI Board Strategy Committee and MPI Trust Committee.
Felino brings with him more than 30 years of wholesale banking experience, spanning corporate and investment banking, capital markets and risk management across Greater China and Southeast Asia. He began his career in Malaysia at AmInvestmnet Bank Berhad, handling Corporate Banking, Credit Risk and Fixed Income Structure Trading, before moving to Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia Berhad handling Debt Capital Markets, and subsequently transferring to ANZ Malaysia as Deputy Country Head and Director of Institutional Banking.
He joined Maybank in 2011 and progressed through senior roles across Client Coverage, Specialised Lending and Regional Corporate Banking, before being appointed Head of Client Coverage for Greater China in 2018. In 2020, Felino was promoted to CEO and Country Head of Greater China, leading teams across Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Kunming to strengthen performance and funding sustainability.
Felino holds an M.B.A. from the University of Strathclyde Business School, United Kingdom, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Economics, majoring in Banking & Finance (Honours) from the University of London, and a Diploma in Economics from the University of London, UK.
He is also a Certified Credit Professional and holds several certifications in ESG and sustainable finance.

Patrick Dennis L. Solosa is the Head of Community Financial Services (MPI-CFS). He joined MPI on 16 April 2021 as Senior Vice President and Head of Consumer Finance, and subsequently confirmed as Head of Community Financial Services in 01 March 2022. He also served as Officer in Charge of Maybank Philippines from 01 September 2024 to January 31, 2026.
Patrick was the leading figure in the establishment and opening of nine (9) Branch Lites as part of MPI-CFS’s growth positioning strategy, aligned with Group-wide M25+ initiatives. He also led the implementation of Phases 2 and 3 of the Auto Transformation Roadmap under the Auto Working Group, which enhanced the people, processes, technology, and governance of Auto Loans—resulting in increased productivity and profitability.
He was likewise instrumental in the overall improvement of the sector’s profitability and performance, including key business drivers such as Mortgages, RSME, and Deposits. Patrick continues to provide leadership in managing MPI’s retail business, ensuring it meets its short- and long-term goals and objectives, complies with policies and regulatory requirements, and maximizes returns to stakeholders.
Prior to joining Maybank, Patrick served as Group Head for Consumer Sales and Support at EastWest Bank under the Consumer Lending Cluster.
He graduated from the University of the Philippines with a degree in Statistics and obtained his MS in Statistics from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Belgium.

Aidell R. Gregorio was officially appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Maybank Philippines on 15 April 15 2024.
With more than eighteen (18) years of professional experience in the financial services industry, Aidell has strong technical knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and hands-on experience in data analytics and data mining. He also has extensive exposure to credit reviews, loan reserve evaluations, treasury audits, and group consolidations, with a robust background in capital management.
Prior to joining Maybank Philippines, Aidell was Senior Vice President, Acting CFO, and OIC of the Financial Management Sector of Philippine National Bank. Before PNB, he was with SGV (EY affiliate) as Senior Audit Director for thirteen (13) years and handled audit exercises of financial institutions in SGV’s client roster.
A Certified Public Accountant, Aidell graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Santo Tomas.

Angela “Lala” R. Ofrecio was officially appointed as Treasurer and Global Markets Head on 21 November 2023.
She joined Maybank Philippines in May 2018 and served as Global Markets Sales Head before her present appointment. Lala brings with her over 26 years of combined experience in fixed income, foreign exchange, and derivatives, with emphasis on client servicing and sales.
Prior to joining Maybank, Lala was Treasury Marketing Head at CTBC Bank Philippines Corporation. She started her career in 1998 with UnionBank of the Philippines and has since worked for various foreign financial institutions such as Standard Chartered Bank, Western Asset Management (USA), Citicorp Financial Services and Insurance Brokerage Phils. Inc., and Australia and New Zealand Bank. She also served as a board member of the National Association of Securities Broker Salesmen, Inc. from 2007 up to 2022.
Lala graduated from De La Salle University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce, major in Management of Financial Institutions.

Mark Lord D. Limson was appointed as Head of Human Capital of Maybank Philippines on 04 May 2020.
Mark comes with almost 20 years of experience in strategic and leadership roles in all fields of Human Resources. He has worked for various companies in different industries, such as Philippine Savings Bank, Splash Corporation, Holcim Philippines, Inc., and San Miguel Brewery, Inc.
Prior to joining MPI, Mark was the Head of Human Resources of MetroPac Movers, Inc. Mark is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources, International (SPHRi), and a recognized Human Resources professional, having been named 2019’s Top 100 Filipino to Follow on LinkedIn, World HRD Congress’s 2018 100 Top Global HR Minds, CHRO Asia’s 2017 Asia’s Top 50 Human Resources Leaders Awardee, and Workplace by Facebook’s 2017 Digital Visionary Awardee.
Mark graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines Diliman.

Bernardo G. Talimban, Jr. brings with him over 20 years of IT experience when he joined Maybank Philippines as Head of Information Technology in 2014, covering consulting, systems development, project management, transaction banking solutions delivery, business continuity, infrastructure, and security.
Bernie started as an analyst programmer and consultant for different manufacturing, oil, and banking industries in the country. He formally joined a financial institution in 1997 as IT Manager at ABN AMRO Bank. He later assumed the Solutions Delivery Manager function and was instrumental in growing the cash management business. With the merger of Royal Bank of Scotland and ABN AMRO Bank in 2008, he became AVP and Chief Technology Officer, managing both the Philippines and Vietnam operations. In 2010, Bernie joined Bank of Commerce as Vice President and Deputy Chief Information Officer, concurrently handling the Project Management Office.
During his stint, he initiated different transformation projects in core banking, corporate and retail internet banking, eBusiness Suite, loans operations, ATM switch fine-tuning, amongst others. By 2013, he became First Vice President and Chief Information Officer.
Bernie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurial Management from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) and earned his Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Santo Tomas.

Enrico L. Cordoba was officially appointed as Head of Strategy and Transformation on 01 April 2024. Prior to this promotion, he was OIC–Chief Financial Officer, taking on the role in December 2022, and was concurrent Head of Corporate Planning.
Prior to joining MPI, Ricco had a 25-year stint with The Insular Life Assurance Co., Ltd. He started as Marketing Planning Staff in 1994 before transitioning to Corporate Planning Staff in 1996, and from then on rose up the ranks until he became Head of Corporate Planning in 2011 with the rank of First Vice President. He was also Executive Assistant to the Chairman of the Board & Chief Executive Officer (OCB&CEO) from 2003–2011. In 2017, Ricco was appointed Chief Risk Officer, a position he held until moving to MPI two years later.
Ricco earned his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, major in Actuarial Science, from the University of Santo Tomas and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Ateneo de Manila University.
He is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute and the Financial Services Institute. He is also a Professional Lecturer in Management Science at the De La Salle University Graduate School of Business.

Huang Paik Ling was appointed Chief Risk Officer of Maybank Philippines effective 01 January 2026.
Paik Ling Is a seasoned risk professional with over 25 years of experience across several financial institutions in Malaysia. Prior to joining Maybank, she was the Chief Risk Officer of Hong Leong Islamic Bank Berhad. Over the past six years in Maybank, Paik Ling has led the transformation of Group Non-Traded Risk which has further strengthened the management of interest rate risk and liquidity risk, as well as implementation of new regulatory requirements across the Group.
Paik Ling holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne. She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and has attained the Chartered Banker certification from the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers.

Don Louie M. Galeno assumed the role of Chief Compliance Officer of Maybank Philippines effective 01 April 2025. In this capacity, he reports administratively to the President and CEO and is governed by the Risk Management Committee.
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Louie brings with him a decade of experience in the banking industry, with a strong focus on audit and compliance functions. He joined MPI in January 2020 as Head of Regulatory Compliance, where he played a pivotal role in strengthening the bank's compliance framework and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
Prior to joining Maybank Philippines, Louie served as the General Compliance and Corporate Governance Head at Chinabank Savings, Inc. in 2020. Before that, he was the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance Head at Bank of Makati in 2018, where he was instrumental in enhancing the bank's AML policies and procedures. Louie also served as an Internal Auditor at Metropolitan Bank & Trust Company for over 10 years.
Louie earned his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy degree from the University of the East.

Atty. Gerardo “Gerry” J. De Leon was appointed as the Head of Legal and Corporate Secretary of Maybank Philippines on 12 October 2019. Prior to assuming the position, Atty. Gerry was previously the Deputy Head of Compliance, Chief Privacy Officer, and Head of Regulatory Compliance.
Before joining MPI, Atty. Gerry was the General Regulations Compliance Officer and Data Protection Officer of Security Bank Corporation, where he was also appointed as Compliance Officer of its various subsidiaries and affiliates.
He practiced law for more than 20 years, performing legal research and writing to litigation (civil, criminal, special proceedings, taxation, and administrative law); regulatory compliance; corporate secretarial; and preparation of pleadings, briefs, memoranda, and legal opinions.
Atty. Gerry earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Santo Tomas. He obtained his law degree from San Beda University, formerly San Beda College.
