Promo Mechanics
  • Maybank Philippines Inc.'s ("MPI") Recard For Rewards promo ("Promo") will run from January 3 to February 28, 2017 ("Promo Period").
  • To be eligible for the promo, an MPI client has to meet the following conditions:
    1. Is an existing ATM cardholder of Maybank
    2. Will be replacing his/her existing magnetic-stripe ATM Card to the new EMV Chip-enabled ATM Card during the Promo Period
  • A client earns one (1) raffle entry upon his/her replacement of ATM card. To replace the ATM card, client needs to go to his/her branch of account and present the following:
    1. Existing ATM card
    2. Any valid ID (with photo)
    3. Account Number
  • There will be five (5) winners of Apple Watch for this raffle promo.
  • Qualified clients may only win once.
  • Electronic raffle shall be held on March 8, 2017, in the presence of a DTI Representative at Maybank Corporate Centre, 7th Avenue corner 28th Street, Bonifacio High Street Central, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
  • Winners shall be notified via registered mail based on the client's contact details in Maybank's records.
  • MPI reserves the right to replace the prizes with another prizes of equivalent or higher value than the previously advertised prizes without prior notice to the participants.
  • Winners are not entitled to demand or request for specific prizes conditions/ requirements. Nevertheless, MPI will try to match the winners' request if feasible but without any guarantees.
  • The Prize set out above shall be used/taken entirely at the risk of the Winners at all times and MPI excludes all warranties and liabilities in connection with the Prize to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • The Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable and non-convertible for cash or any other item.
  • Prizes must be claimed within sixty (60) calendar days from the receipt of MPI's notification. Otherwise, prizes shall be forfeited and retained by MPI with prior DTI approval.
  • Winners will be validated against MPI's record. If a drawn entry was deemed not qualified, another winner will be drawn.
  • Prizes should be claimed at MPI Corporate Center for Metro Manila or at any MPI provincial branch agreed upon by the Winner and the Bank.
  • Winners must present the following when claiming their prize:
    1. Valid ID (e.g any government-issued ID or company ID); and
    2. Notification letter from MPI (received via registered mail).
  • By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold MPI, its officers, employees and agents, free and harmless from any liability, loss or damage caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize/s. The respective sellers, distributors or manufacturers of the prizes shall solely and exclusively assume the warranties and responsibilities as sellers and manufacturers of such prizes.
  • Winners authorize MPI to disclose and publish their names, photos and other particulars determined by MPI to any person/s and in any mode or manner as may deem appropriate.
  • All MPI employees are disqualified from joining this promo.
  • MPI's decision, in concurrence of the DTI's, regarding the Promo will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
  • Terms and conditions of this Promo are subject to all the relevant laws, government directions and regulations existing in the Philippines.
