Promo Mechanics
  • The Maybank Credit Cards Shakey's Instant Redemption ("Promo") is open to all active credit cardholders (collectively, "Cardholders") whose credit cards have been issued by Maybank Philippines, Inc. ("MPI").
  • The Promo shall run from April 16, 2017 to June 16, 2017 ("Promo Period"). Redemption Period is from April 16, 2017 to August 16, 2017 ("Redemption Period").
  • To qualify, Cardholder should use his/her Maybank Credit Card within the Promo Period for a minimum single receipt transaction of PHP 3,000, PHP 6,000 or PHP 12,000 at any merchant. The following transaction types are included in this Promo:
    1. Straight - Local
    2. Straight – Overseas
    3. Online
  • Cardholder can claim free Shakey's treats "Treats" at any Shakey's restaurant nationwide. Required minimum single-receipt* transaction and their corresponding Treats are specified below:

    PHP 6,000 – 11,999.99 Large Shakey's Thin Crust Pizza (Choice of any all-time favorite**)

    *A single-receipt transaction is a transaction covered by a single official receipt/sales invoice and a single credit card charge slip. Only straight retail transactions, local and overseas, as well as online transactions are included in this Promo. Non-straight and non-retail transactions such as, but not limited to EzyPay transactions, fees and charges, etc. are excluded from the Promo. Casino/gambling transactions, cash advances, EzyTransfer, EzyConvert, EzyCash, cancelled transactions, fees and charges are likewise excluded from the Promo.

    **All-time favorite pizzas include Manager's Choice, Pepperoni Crrrunch and Shakey's Special.

  • Splitting of a single transaction to generate multiple charge slips shall not be allowed. A split transaction is defined as multiple transactions made with the same merchant on the same day.
Registration Mechanics
  • Once qualified, the Cardholder will receive an eGift code "eGift code" for redemption of his/her Treat.
  • To receive the eGift code, the Cardholder must first register at url http://www.maybank.com.ph/en/personal/cards/promotions/shakeys-registration.page from April 16, 2017 to August 16, 2017.
  • The Cardholder may register his/her mobile number through web registration or by calling Maybank Customer Service:
    1. Web Registration:
      1. Go to Shakey's Instant Redemption Promo Registration Webpage
      2. Complete all necessary fields:
        • Name
        • Mobile Number
        • Email Address
        • Click Submit
    2. For Call : Call Maybank Customer Service at (02) 588-3888 to register for the Promo.
  • Only the Principal Cardholder is allowed to register for the Promo. The eGift codes earned from qualified transactions of supplementary cards will be sent to the Principal Cardholder.
  • The mobile number and email address used for registration must match with Maybank Credit Card's system records as the eGift code(s) will be sent to the registered mobile number. In case the mobile number and/or email address does not match, the Cardholder is required to update his/her contact information by calling Maybank Customer Service at (02) 588-3888.
  • For web registration, Cardholder will receive an auto-reply to confirm receipt of his/her registration through email.
  • Cardholder will be notified on the registration result via SMS within two (2) banking days from registration date.
Instant Redemption eGift codes
  • For successful registration, Cardholder will automatically receive his/her eGift codes for all qualified and posted transactions after three (3) banking days from posting date.
  • Cardholder is allowed to receive a maximum of eight (8) eGift codes within the Promo Period. Cardholder who reached the maximum limit will be notified via SMS.
  • eGift code is valid until 60 days upon receipt of SMS with eGift code.

 

Redemption Mechanics
  • Cardholder must present the eGift code(s) at any Shakey's restaurant nationwide to claim his/her Treat(s) within the validity period. Redemptions without the eGift code will not be honored.
  • To redeem, Cardholder must inform the Shakey's personnel the intent to use the Maybank eGift code prior to order placement.
  • Redemption is valid for dine-in transactions only.
  • One (1) eGift code is equivalent to one (1) Treat. Each eGift code can only be used once.
  • Cardholder is allowed unlimited redemptions per day, per restaurant.
  • The eGift code is non-transferrable.
  • In case of dispute, the decision of Maybank Philippines, Inc. with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
  • Maybank Philippines, Inc. is authorized to give necessary information to its third party contractor or agent to perform or complete the redemption process of Shakey's Treats.
